We want you to know that we stand behind our products and trust that you will be happy with your purchase. But for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us to receive a hassle-free refund. No ‘run-around’, no jumping through hoops, just a simple and easy refund.
Our Refund Process:
If you need to return an item purchased from our webstore, please email [email protected], before returning the item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for purchases made from other retailers who stock Ridgeline.
Change of mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are very happy to exchange the item, as long as it is unopened, unused, and has not been worn, and it is returned within 60 days of the original dispatch.
All postage costs for returning items will be at your expense, unless it is faulty. Unfortunately, we do not give cash or credit card refunds for change of mind.
If your item does not fit you, we are very happy to exchange it for another size, or another item, of the equivalent price. If the item you choose is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference to us.
Please ensure that the item is unused, new, has not been washed, and has not been worn, and has all the tickets and tags attached. If you have removed the tags, we will not be able to take it back, and it will be sent back to you. It must be returned to us within 60 days of the original dispatch.
All postage costs for returning items, and any costs of re-sending to you, will be at your expense, unless it is faulty. Unfortunately, we do not give cash or credit card refunds for incorrect sizes.
If your item is faulty, that is, it is not fit for purpose or end-use, or is defective in its manufacture, we will be very happy to give you a full refund, or exchange it for another item. We will pay for all postage costs related to the faulty item. Please email [email protected] for a free Reply Paid number.
Please note: We do not accept any responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you take out insurance before you send the items back to us.

Once we have received your package, we will process it within 48 hours. Any adjustments for refunds or credits, or postage charges, will be made to the original account you made payment with, within 60 working days.
